Vertical aluminum alloy quenching furnace
Uses:
It is mainly used for rapid solution treatment of aluminum wheels, aluminum castings and various aluminum alloy standard parts. After the constant temperature time, the transfer speed of the workpiece is less than 10 seconds.
Structure Description:
The vertical quenching furnace has a structure of a hot air circulation passage and a stirring fan, so that the hot air in the furnace is directionally circulated under the action of the deflector, and the temperature difference of the metal in the furnace is ≦±3 °C. The quenching water tank is placed directly under the heating furnace, thereby shortening the quenching transfer time of the workpiece and improving the solid solution quality of the workpiece. The workpiece rack entrance and exit and the door opening and closing are electronically controlled and easy to operate. There are interlocking devices in the action room, which is safe and reliable. The main body of the furnace is a heating furnace at the lower end of the vertical furnace door, the heating element is placed on the inner furnace wall, and the inner side of the wall is provided with a movable door panel, which forms an air circulation passage with the inner wall, and a large air flow axial flow is arranged at the top of the furnace. The fan and the flow structure form a hot air circulation system. The bottom door is composed of a four-wheel and a driving mechanism to form an opening and closing device, and the bottom door and the heating furnace shell are sealed by a sand seal. The workpiece rack enters and exits the furnace and is realized by a lifting device. It consists of a hook attached to the boom on the furnace and an annular chain and a winch outside the furnace. A loading trolley is arranged on the ground plane rail, and the loading rack can be loaded and unloaded.
